  1. Wash leaves in running water
  2. Dry leaves for 2 weeks
  3. Crush leaves into pieces
  4. Boil 2 teaspoons of leaves for every glass of water on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes
  5. Strain and drink one cup every 3 hours

  2. Boil every one cup of chopped leaves to 2 cups of water and boil at low heat for 15 to 20 minutes
